Green House is located in Playa San Juan, in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the tourist center, but only 5 minutes walk from the beach and nice restaurants.

Modern villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen with everything you need. On the roof there is a nice terrace with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area. There is also a private garage on the territory.

Space

On the ground floor there is a guest bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the terrace. The first floor has 2 guest bedrooms with private bathrooms and there is also a dressing room. The 2nd floor comprises a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a dining area for 6 people, a stylish living room with a TV and stereo system, as well as a work area. The top floor of the house has a spacious terrace with swimming pool with a counterflow with magnificent views on the ocean and mountains. The pool area offers sun loungers, a separate Jacuzzi and a dining area with barbecue for lunch or dinner.
