Answering your questions we expect to cover a range of the main concerns that guests commonly have when considering holiday rentals in Tenerife. If you do not find an information you were looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

  • Villas: all our villas are provided with private pool, free parking, wi-fi, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, and laundry facilities.
  • Apartments: all our apartments are provided with pool access, free parking in the neighborhood, wi-fi, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, and laundry facilities.
  • Villas: minimum number of nights is 5, during peak seasons or holidays it may vary till 14.
  • Apartments: minimum number of nights is 5, during peak seasons or holidays it may vary till 10.
  • Our managers will meet you at the property. If you prefer a self-check-in, there is always a lockbox.
  • Standard check-in is at 17:00 and check-out is at 12:00, but you can always confirm with our managers if there is a possibility for an early check-in or late check-out. as well as procedures for picking up keys or accessing the property.

Sometimes there are extra costs beyond the rental rate, such as cleaning fees or security deposits, about which we inform our guests in advance. Extra beds can also be charged.

Most of our properties are pet-friendly without additional fees.

There is always a property manager, who is available to assist with any issues or emergencies during your stay.

If you book directly with us, there is always flexibility in changing booking dates.

Most of our properties are provided with cribs, high chairs, and child-proofing measures, as well as safety features such as staircase fences.

Once we receive a booking request and the required dates are available, we close the dates on the calendars, send a booking confirmation as well as a rental contract with all the details.
