Villa Augustas

Villa Augustas is the perfect place for a large family, where everyone will find a place of their own.

Villa Augustas is located in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the tourist centre, but only 7 minutes drive from one of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife, Playa Fañabé, and 5 minutes from the large shopping centre Siam Mall with shops and cafes.

Modern villa is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen with everything you need and two smaller living rooms with kitchens in the more secluded parts of the house.

House description

On the 1st floor there is a central kitchen with all necessary appliances, living room with a dining table for 6 people, small living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, cloakroom. All the rooms have access to the terrace or courtyard.

On the lower floor there are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room with small kitchen, work area.

The courtyard has a dining area for 10 persons with barbecue and a heated swimming pool with sun loungers. On the other side of the house, there is a terrace offering magnificent ocean views. There is also a fully equipped separate area where you can meet the sunset while enjoying dinner.

The villa has all the necessary household equipment.
